Close a Trip and Share the Summary

When the trip is over, close the group, send everyone the final summary, and export it as a PDF or CSV.

Close the group

Open the group, tap ⋮ at the top and choose Close Group. SkyloFin offers to send the members the final summary: tap Share Summary, or Cancel to send it later.

A closed group

A closed group takes no new expenses. Its Closed card has Message (the summary again), PDF, CSV and Reopen. Payments can still be recorded, and To settle up stays until everyone has paid.

PDF and CSV

PDF (or Export PDF on an open group) makes a summary with the group’s dates and members, what was spent, each person’s paid, share and balance, To settle up, and every expense. CSV gives every expense as a spreadsheet. Both open the share menu.

Reopen or remove

Reopen brings back Add Expense. Remove Group deletes the group and every expense in it; your own payments stay in your transactions.
