Simple, private, and yours
SkyloFin is a fintech brand owned and operated by Skylo Digital.
SkyloFin is a personal expense tracker from Skylo Digital. It reads your bank alerts on your own phone to track daily spending and set budgets, and your transactions never leave the device. Most finance apps want your bank login, your income and your statements. We thought: why?
What we do
Two sides of one idea: help you choose the right financial product, then help you keep track of the money after.
Discover
Credit cards, loans and accounts, with their fees, rewards and eligibility laid out in the same structure every time.
Browse products →Decide
Put two products side by side and work the numbers with calculators that run in your browser and send nothing to us.
Open the calculators →Track
SkyloFin - Expense Tracker reads your bank SMS on your phone, sorts every rupee, and keeps it there and in your own Google Drive. Never on our servers.
See the app →Why we built it
Most finance apps ask for your bank login, your income and your statements. We did not think tracking your own money should need any of that.
The problem
The apps we tried all wanted full access: your SMS, accounts, transactions and income, stored on their servers and used to sell you things.
What we built
An expense tracker that reads bank alerts on your phone and keeps the results there and in a backup only you can open on your Google Drive.
How we earn
If you apply for a card or loan through this site and are approved, the bank pays us a referral fee. That is why we can leave your data alone.
A product of Skylo Digital
Who is behind SkyloFin, stated plainly. Nothing here is a badge we do not hold.
Is SkyloFin safe and trustworthy? Plain answers →
Akash Wagh
A full-stack developer who builds SkyloFin and the rest of Skylo Digital's products. Every screen on this site and in the app is his work, and every email to support@skylofin.com reaches him directly.
What we believe
Four things that decide how every screen gets built.
Privacy is the default, not a setting
We do not collect your financial data. Not because a rule says so, but because a company that never holds it cannot lose it, sell it, or be compelled to hand it over.
Simple beats clever
Money is already stressful. If a screen needs explaining, the screen is wrong. Not the person reading it.
We list, we do not recommend
We show you what a product costs and let you decide. We are not registered to give financial advice and will not pretend otherwise. Where we earn a referral fee, we say so.
Your data is yours to take
Export it, delete it, move it. The app has controls to clear local data, delete your Drive backup and delete your account outright.
What we can actually promise you
Three things we can stand behind. Not badges, and not certifications we do not hold.
Your money data never reaches us
Bank SMS is read on your own phone. Transactions stay there and in a backup only you can open. The one thing we do receive is when the app cannot read a message: its shape and length, never its text, so we can teach the parser. We hold no copy of your money, so we have nothing to leak.
Read-only access, nothing more
The app only reads bank SMS, and asks Google only to write to its own folder on your Drive for backup. It can never send messages or change anything.
We are an affiliate, not a lender
Banks pay us a referral fee when you take a product through us. You pay nothing extra, and nobody pays us to rank higher.
Have a look around.
Nothing here asks you to sign up, and the calculators work without an account. If something is unclear, ask us. We answer.
