Every time you spend with a card or UPI, your bank sends an SMS. SkyloFin turns those messages into a clear picture of where your money goes, without you typing anything and without linking your bank account.
How it works
- You install the SkyloFin app and allow it to read SMS.
- The app looks only for messages from banks and card companies.
- It reads the amount, the date, the account or card, and where you spent.
- It sorts each payment into a category like food, fuel or bills, and shows your month at a glance.
- Card statements become bills with due dates, so you get reminded before you pay late.
Where your data stays
This is the part that matters most, so here it is plainly:
- Your transactions are stored on your phone. Not on our servers.
- Backups go to your own Google Drive, encrypted, so only you can restore them.
- We never see your personal messages. The app ignores anything that is not from a bank or card company.
- No bank login is needed. We never ask for your net banking password or card PIN.
There is one small exception, and we want you to know it. When the app finds a bank message format it cannot read yet, it can send us that format with every number, amount, date and account replaced by dummy values. This helps us support more banks. It is not linked to you or to any real transaction. Details are in our privacy policy.
What you get
- Monthly spending by category, without manual entry
- Budgets with a warning before you overspend
- Card bills and due dates in one place
- All your accounts and cards, found from your messages
What if I do not allow SMS access?
The app still works, and you can add transactions yourself. Automatic tracking needs SMS access, and you can turn it off at any time in your phone’s settings.
