How It's Calculated
Each year: balance = (balance + deposit) × (1 + rate)
The yearly deposit is added at the start of each of the first 15 years, and the whole balance earns interest once a year. From year 16 to year 21 no deposits are made and the balance keeps growing.
The account matures 21 years after it is opened, so her age at maturity is her age today plus 21.
