This card is for people who eat out often. Pay your restaurant bill through PayEazy on the EazyDiner app and you get 25% off, and you also get a year of EazyDiner Prime, worth Rs 3,550. On regular spending it earns 10 reward points per Rs 100 on hotels, travel, entertainment and shopping, and 4 points on everything else.
It costs Rs 2,999 to join and Rs 2,999 every year, with no spend-based waiver. The maths is simple. If you save more than about Rs 250 a month on dining bills, the fee pays for itself. If you eat out once a month, it probably does not.
The honest catch is that the points are worth little, around 10 paise each, so the everyday earn is about 0.4%. The value sits almost entirely in the dining discount.
Best for: People who eat out several times a month, EazyDiner app users, Couples and families who dine at partner restaurants, Salaried users earning Rs 30,000 a month or more.
