- Fuel waiver cap₹50 a month
This card is built for fuel. You earn 20 EDGE points per Rs 100 at IndianOil stations, about 4% back, up to a monthly cap. Online shopping earns 5 points per Rs 100 with its own cap, and other spends earn very little. You get 1,250 points worth Rs 250 on joining.
The fee is ₹500 plus GST, waived at ₹3,50,000 annual spend. That is a high bar for a fuel card, so most users will pay the fee and should check that their fuel savings cover it.
It suits people who fill up at IndianOil and want to pay by UPI on a RuPay card. The catch is the roughly 0.2% return on everything outside fuel and online shopping.
Best for: Daily commuters, IndianOil fuel users, UPI payment users.

Good for
- Fuel only at Indian Oil: 4% back, up to ₹200 a month
- Online shopping: 1% back, up to ₹50 a month
- Spending ₹29,167 or more a month: the ₹590 fee is waived
Skip it if…
- you spend less than ₹29,167 a month (₹3,50,000 a year, rent and wallet loads not counted): the ₹590 fee is then charged
- most of your spending is utility bills, rent, insurance or education: those earn nothing on this card
- you pay mostly by UPI: a Visa or Mastercard card cannot pay by UPI
- you rarely spend on Indian Oil: the 4% rate applies only there, everything else earns 0.2%
- you often pay in foreign currency: 3.5% is added to every foreign spend
- you sometimes pay only the minimum due: interest of 3.75% a month (45% a year) outweighs any reward
