SkyloFin runs on Android 7.0 or later. Setting it up takes about two minutes.
Install and open the app
Install SkyloFin from Google Play and open it. Three short welcome screens explain what it does. Tap Next to read them, or Skip to go straight to sign-in. The last one has Get Started.
Sign in with Google
On Welcome to SkyloFin, tap Continue with Google and choose your Google account. SkyloFin uses it to sign you in and to keep an encrypted backup in your own Google Drive. It never asks for a bank login.
Agree to the terms
The first time, Before We Start explains in plain words what the app reads and what it never does. Tick I agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and tap Agree And Continue.
Set up your profile
On Your Profile, enter your full name. Your mobile number is optional. Tap Save, or Skip and do it later from your Profile (tap your photo on the Dashboard). Your Customer ID is shown here too; support may ask for it.
Restore or start fresh
SkyloFin then looks for an earlier backup in your Google Drive. If it finds one, choose Restore My Data or Start Fresh. See Backup and restore.
