Neo is a discount card more than a rewards card. You get 10% off movie tickets on BookMyShow, 15% off at partner restaurants, 5% off utility bills paid through Paytm, and Rs 150 off a Myntra order of Rs 999 or more. It works on UPI.
The joining and annual fee is ₹250 plus GST. The regular reward points are worth about 0.1% of what you spend, so the value comes almost entirely from the offers. Use a couple of them each year and the fee is covered.
It suits young earners and first-time users who watch movies and eat out. The catch is the very low base reward, no lounge access and a 3.5% forex fee. If you do not use the partner offers, the card gives back very little.
Best for: First-time card users, Young earners who eat out and watch movies, People who pay bills through Paytm.
