LIT works like a menu. The card itself is lifetime free and earns a basic 0.25% in reward points. On top, you can switch on paid feature packs for 90 days at a time, such as 10X points on online or offline spends for Rs 299, 5X for Rs 199, 5% cashback on groceries or apparel, OTT memberships, or a domestic lounge visit for Rs 399.
Since there is no joining or annual fee, you only pay when a pack earns more than it costs. The 5% grocery cashback is capped at Rs 500 a month.
It suits people who like to tailor a card to a big purchase or a busy season. The honest catch is that without paid packs the card earns very little, and you must track which features are active. The forex fee is 3.49%.
Best for: People who want a free card with optional upgrades, Planned big-ticket buyers, Heavy grocery spenders who will buy a pack.
